Dining at The Brasserie is relaxed and unhurried. Dishes are individually priced and served as they’re ready, allowing tables to share freely and shape the pace of their meal.
You may choose to enjoy a few small plates, settle in with a main course, or build your meal around premium steaks and seafood — all guided by season and the fire-led kitchen.
Orders can be taken throughout the meal rather than all at once. Plates arrive when ready, encouraging a natural flow to the table and a more social way of dining.
Reservations are recommended for evenings and weekends, with walk-ins welcomed whenever space allows.
We are open as usual for breakfast, set-menu lunch, dinner dining and tasting menus. Our Sunday lunch menu remains available.
The Brasserie at Darleys launches Wednesday 14th January.

We are actively engaged in negotiating designated Darleys parking spaces and will update in due course. For now, please use the free spaces around the mill complex.
